Our Pricing is simple.

We offer a simple and flexible pricing for all type of cleaning wheather it is residential or industrial cleaning. Please read all the terms and conditioned before chosing any plan.

BOOKING

Steam Carpet Cleaning

  • Carpet Cleaning Basic - Minimum Price - $110 (Extra $55 for Apartments Due To Extra Time and Labour Needed)

    We are extremely professional and deliver stunning results. There is a surcharge for apartments due to our large equipment and having to cart it. Also for apartments there will need to be a parking bay allocated. Apartments minimum pricing is $165 inc gst

  • No visible staining or traffic but lived in or dusty - $33/standard sized room (10sqm) - ($110 minimum)

    This is the price per room for fairly clean carpets. We will ensure they come out absolutely spotless and reduce harmful germs and particles significantly.

  • Light to medium spots or traffic in traffic areas - $55/standard sized room (10sqm) - ($110 minimum)

    This is the price per room for carpets that have light to medium stains in heavily trafficked areas. This is mainly dirt and grime, but not wine and bad liquid stains.

  • Heavy stained or traffic in traffic areas - $110/standard sized room (10sqm) - ($110 minimum)

    This is the price per room. For the heavily soiled carpet after a bad spill, or a messy house party, you will not go wrong with ROKI Cleaning. This is where we really shine, and we love seeing peoples mind blown expressions when their carpets come out so close to brand new. Wine, beer, juice, even paint, you name it, we have removed it and restored the carpets former glory. There is no job too challenging.

  • Expert Stain Removal – From $165 Per Room

    (Red wine, urine, blood, vomit, faeces, makeup etc) – Pricing starting from $165 up to $220 depending on the size and scale of the stain.

  • Staircase Carpet - From $77

    Carpet staircases start from $77 inc GST per flight (10 steps)

  • Flea Treatment - $110

Rug Cleaning

  • Small Rugs - $55

    Anything less than 2x1m

  • Medium Rugs - $66

    2x1m rugs. Wool or silk is $50 extra.

  • Large Rugs - $88

    3x2m rugs. Wool or silk is $50 extra.

  • XL Rugs - $110

    3x3m rugs, Wool or silk is $50 extra.

  • XXL Rugs - $165

    4x3m rugs, Wool or silk is $50 extra.

Upholstery Cleaning

  • Basic Upholstery Cleaning - $110 minimum price

    Surcharges apply for specialised stain treatment or heavy soiling on arms or headrests. A chase section or footstool is counted as at least 1 seating position.

  • Fixed Cushion Lounges - $33/fixed seat position

  • Detachable Cushion Lounges - $55/seating position

Leather Cleaning

  • Leather Furniture Cleaning – Minimum Price $110

    $55 per seating position inc gst for a complete specialised shampoo, nourish, replenish and deodorisation of your leather. Add $22 per seat for leather sealing (our seal provides uv protection and protects against staining, cracking or splitting and gives a mirror finish).

Tile and Grout Cleaning

  • Tile and Grout Cleaning - $55

    Tile and grout cleaning: Standard room size price $55 inc gst. $55 per room.

  • Shower and Recess - $165

    Includes GST and walls.
